Perancangan Transmisi Untuk Menggerakkan Grader Skala 1:10 Dengan Analisis Kebutuhan Daya
ABSTRACT
Motor grader is a heavy equipment that has the function of leveling and forming surfaces, peeling soil, spreading light materials, etc. The motor grader's driving tool is the tire wheel located behind the body. In order to understand the movement of the motor grader, it is not possible for us to make it like the original. Therefore, researchers will design a transmission system to drive a 1:10 scale motor grader that can be controlled remotely. The forward and backward motion control system, the blade motion control up and down and out left and right and the left and right turn control of the motor grader. This study uses an Arduino microcontroller with a Bluetooth system and an Internet of Things system with Vemos D1. This study aims to design a transmission system in the form of gears, shafts and bearings. Based on the analysis of power requirements, a DC motor with a minimum power of 9.028 watts with a torque of 0.607 Nm is needed. The results of this design use M1 gears with 25 number of teeth, 8 mm face width and 25 mm pitch diameter. The results of the shaft design obtained a size for shaft 1 of 8 mm while for shaft 2 a size of 6 mm was obtained. For bearings on shaft 1, 608zz bearings are used with an outer diameter of 22 mm, an inner diameter of 8 mm and a width of 7 mm. While for bearings on shaft 2, 636 zz bearings are used with an outer diameter of 22 mm, an inner diameter of 6 mm and a width of 7 mm.
