Studi Eksperimental Cooling Box Menggunakan Sistem Kontrol Arduino Uno Sebagai Tempat Pendinginan Susu Dengan Kapasitas 1000 Ml
ABSTRACT
Cow's milk contains nutrients that are very useful for the growth of calves, as well as a perfect drink for humans. Milk is a food ingredient that cannot be stored for long in the open air. One method to maintain the quality of milk is by cooling it. The use of a control system in this study aims to maintain the temperature of the milk at a temperature of 4oC. This study aims to determine the effect of temperature, power consumption and pH of milk on the cooling box used. In this experiment, it was carried out using variations in the volume of milk that was cooled, namely 500 ml and 1000 ml, the cooling box used a control system and without a control system with a test time of 480 minutes. The temperature set point on the Arduino uno is set at 4oC. In testing without a control system in a variation of 1000 ml, the milk temperature was 3.9oC at 480 minutes. When using a control system at 480 minutes the milk temperature was 5,9oC. Power consumption is 1889 watts and 1764 watts. The pH comparison of milk after cooling is at 6,2 and 6,3.
