Analisis Overall Equipment Effectiveness (Oee) Dan Penjadwalan Pemeliharaan Mesin Kernel Crushing Plant Di Pt. Wilmar Nabati Dumai

ABSTRACT
This study analyzes the effectiveness of Kernel Crushing Plant machines at PT. Wilmar Nabati Dumai using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method. This study also determines the machine maintenance interval based on Mean Time To Failure (MTTF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR). The results of the OEE analysis show that the machine effectiveness value is still below the world-class standard (85.4%), with an average OEE ranging from 51.33% to 54.51%. The main factors causing low machine effectiveness are Idling and Minor Stoppages Losses. Based on the MTTF and MTTR calculations, the maintenance interval for the main machine components has been determined to improve machine reliability. Analysis over a period of one month obtained an average OEE value for kernel crushing plant 1 of 51.96%, kernel crushing plant 2 of 51.75%, kernel crushing plant 3 of 54.51%, kernel crushing plant 4 of 51.33%. The OEE value of the four kernel crushing plant machines is still below the world class OEE standard of 85.4%. Based on the analysis of the Six Big Losses value, it is known that the factors that influence the low OEE value on the four machines are idling and minor stoppages Losses. In kernel crushing plant 1 with an average loss of 46.54%. Kernel crushing plant 2 is 46.75%. Kernel crushing plant 3 is 44.00%. Kernel crushing plant 4 is 47.17%. The maintenance time interval for machine components obtained from the calculation of MTTF and MTTR where the maintenance time for gear box components of machines 1, 2, 3 and 4 is 16 days, 13 days, 14 days and 14 days, motor maintenance time is 13 days, 13 days, 14 days, and 16 days, worm screw maintenance time is 16 days, 16 days, 16 days and 14 days, drive shaft maintenance time is 13 days, 22 days, 16 days and 22 days, and oil shell maintenance time is 19 days.
