Perancangan Dan Pembuatan Body Mobil Hemat Energi Gardapati Kategori Prototype
ABSTRACT ABSTRACTABSTRACT
This research aims to design and manufacture the body of the Gardapati energy-efficient car in the prototype category, adhering to KMHE 2024 regulations. The vehicle body was designed using CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforcement Polymer) to reduce weight and enhance aerodynamic efficiency. Aerodynamic simulations were conducted using Ansys Workbench software to compare the Gardapati design with the Asykar Proto. The simulation results indicated a reduction in drag coefficient (Cd) by up to 51.73%, significantly decreasing air resistance. The use of CFRP successfully reduced the total body weight to 24.8 kg. The integration of aerodynamic design and lightweight materials created an energy-efficient vehicle with optimal fuel efficiency. The findings of this research are expected to serve as a reference for the development of environmentally friendly and competitive energy-efficient vehicles at both national and international levels.
