Evaluasi Dan Perencanaan Ulang Sistem Pengangkutan Sampah Di Kecamatan Senapelan Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
waste transportation system in Senapelan District is currently still considered ineffective. This is because the existing waste facilities and infrastructure are not yet able to transport all the waste generated. One effort in managing waste is transporting waste. The purpose of this study was to evaluate waste transportation and provide re-planning related to waste transportation in Senapelan District that is more effective and efficient. The research method used was direct measurement in the field or on existing conditions, which refers to the Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 3 of 2013. The results showed that Senapelan District uses a manual SCS transportation system with a percentage of waste services transported to landfills of 82.49%. This figure has exceeded the Minimum Service Standard target of 70%. The longer the distance traveled on a route, the longer the time required. The total time used to transport waste per day on the BM 9099 NU dump truck is 6.16 hours with an off route time of 0.177, while the BM 9310 FT dump truck is 7.07 hours with an off route time of 0.192. Based on this, it is necessary to change the transportation system including changes and additions to TPS, changes to transportation routes and additions to transport vehicles. The need for transport vehicles at the end of the planning period is 2 units of 6 m3 capacity dump trucks and 1 unit of 6 m3 capacity armroll truck.
