Child protection encompasses all activities aimed at guaranteeing and safeguarding children and their rights to live, grow, develop, and participate optimally in accordance with human dignity, as well as protecting them from violence and discrimination. However, there are still obstacles in the implementation of child rights protection policies from physical, psychological, sexual violence and neglact in Dharmasraya Regency, such as the high number of cases of children who are victims of physical, psychological, and sexual violence, as well as neglect. Additionally, the dissemination of information is still uneven across all levels of society due to limited resources. This research aims to determine whether the implementation of child rights protection policies from physical, psychological, sexual violence and neglact in Dharmasraya Regency has been successfully carried out. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation. Data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing were conducted through data analysis techniques. The theoretical framework applied in this research is Edward III's theory, which includes four indicators: Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. The findings of this research indicate that the implementation of child rights protection policies from physical, psychological, sexual violence and neglact in Dharmasraya Regency has not been adequately carried out. The factors that hinder the implementation of child rights protection policies from physical, psychological, sexual violence and neglact in Dharmasraya Regency are the lack of human resources, insufficient facilities and infrastructure, uneven dissemination of information, and lack of public awareness regarding the policy.
