Pengaruh Pelatihan, Beban Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Afdeling Pt Perkebunan Nusantara Iv Regional Iii Kebun Sei Galuh
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) IV Regional III
Kebun Sei Galuh which is located in Pantai Cermin Village, Tapung District,
Kampar Regency, Riau. The aim of this research is to find out how training,
workload and work environment influence the performance of divisional
employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) IV Regional III Kebun Sei Galuh.
This research is quantitative research. The analysis technique used is multiple
linear regression analysis. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS 24
application. The population in this study were all field employees in division 1 and
2 at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) IV Regional III Kebun Sei Galuh, totaling
80 employees. The sampling technique chosen was saturated sampling or census
method because the population was less than 100. The results of this research
show that: 1) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee
performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) IV Regional III Kebun Sei
Galuh, 2) Workload has a negative and significant effect on employee
performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) IV Regional III Kebun Sei
Galuh, 3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee
performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) IV Regional III Kebun Sei
Galuh. 4) Training and work environment have a positive and significant effect on
employee performance, while workload has a negative and significant effect on
employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) IV Regional III
Kebun Sei Galuh.
