Collaborative Governance Dalam Penyelenggaraan Kota Layakanak(Kla) Di Kota Pekanbaru
The Child-Friendly City (CFC) policy is one of the efforts by the Indonesian government to fulfill children's rights and provide protection to children in a city/district with the hope that children can grow and develop well. The city of Pekanbaru has adopted the Child-Friendly City (CFC) program and received a Nindya-level award. However, child-related issues continue to increase every year. This study aims to describe and analyze collaborative governance in the implementation of Child-Friendly Cities (KLA) and to identify and analyze the factors hindering collaborative governance in the implementation of Child-Friendly Cities (KLA) in Pekanbaru City. This research uses the theory from Schottle, Haghsheno, and Genhbauer in Astuti et al. (2020).The type of research is qualitative research. With data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that collaborative governance in the implementation of the Child-Friendly City (KLA) in Pekanbaru City has not yet been fully optimized due to a lack of coordination in the collaboration carried out by the Pekanbaru City local government through the Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, and Community (DP3APM) Office and the lack of community participation in the Child-Friendly City (KLA) program. In order for collaborative governance in the implementation of the Child-Friendly City (KLA) in Pekanbaru City to run optimally, various factors and coordination must be improved and sustained to achieve optimal execution.
