Unofficial parking is a situation where a vehicle is stopped or stationary for a period of time and left by its driver in an area that is not authorized by the local government. This type of parking can disrupt city layout and the smooth flow of traffic. This study addresses the issue of regulating unofficial parking located in Mandau District based on Bengkalis Regency Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2016 on Public Order. The research method used in this study is qualitative, with a descriptive case study approach. The data and sources for this research are derived from interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the regulation of unofficial parking in Mandau District is not yet optimal. Efforts based on Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2016 on public order include socialization and preventive supervision. There are several factors hindering the implementation of the unofficial parking regulation policy in Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency, including a lack of coordination between actors, insufficient field officers, and a lack of information and infrastructure for official parking.
