Pelaksanaan Komunikasi Vertikal Dalam Pelayanan Administrasi Publik Pada Kantor Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat Kecamatan Tampan Kota Madya Pekanbaru
Chief Office of Sidomulyo Barat as one of instance which playing important role in
giving service to society claimed can realize concept meaning, prima service as
according to regulation Republic of Indonesia government of UU No.56 of 1998th,
and 1999th for that, chief of village as leader (Top Leader) can motivate officer in
improving quality activity of internal communications, so that existence an effective
communications to increase the performance work directional officer and own
synergy between sub unit of existing shares, others also be in control efficacy of
punctual activity. As for target of this research that is to know Execution of Vertical
Communications In Public Administrative Services At, Chief Office of Sidomulyo
Barat Tampan Subdistrict of Municipality Pekanbaru.
This research use qualitative method, by using communications model of
Osgood and Schramm sirkuler in form. Data collecting taken by performing
interview, observation, and the study of bibliography. Research of this subject entire
chief officer of Sidomulyo Barat in Tampan subdistrict of Municipality Pekanbaru,
while object of research that is execution of vertical communications in public
administrative services at chief office of Sidomulyo Barat of Pekanbaru Town.
Technique of Analysis utilized by using qualitative data analysis.
Result of this research indicate that vertical communications execution In
public administrative services at Chief Office of Sidomulyo barat at Tampan
Subdistrict of Municipality Pekanbaru can be told unfavourable, this matter because
quality expectation or work standard officer in service which is passed by a society is
not optimal. So that require to construct of good relation among subordinate and
superior in order to the harmonious atmosphere creation In fluency construct work
relation. This research is also found by still that a lot of feebleness owned by Chief
office of Sidomulyo barat. That its minim is resources of human being which have
the competence, and its minim operational equipments resulting in service limitation.
