Pengaruh Perceived Ease Of Use Dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Maxim Di Universitas Riau
This study aims to determine the effect of Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) and Price on Consumer Satisfaction Maxim at University of Riau, especially Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. This study uses a quantitative approach with 96 respondents selected using accidental sampling techniques. This study uses the IBM SPSS version 30 analysis tool by applying validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests, multiple regression analysis, t-tests, f-tests, and coefficient of determination (R²) tests. The results of the study indicate that PEOU and Price have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction partially. In addition, PEOU and Price also have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction simultaneously. Findings in the field show that the Maxim application is easy to use and the prices set by Maxim are considered affordable. Thus, this encourages satisfaction among consumers using Maxim.
