Iklim Organisasi Dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional Sebagai Strategi Mempertahankan Komitmen Organisasi Pada Pt. Bumi Siak Pusako
Organizational commitment is a key factor in maintaining company stability and sustainability, especially in facing increasingly complex business dynamics. This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational climate and transformational leadership as a strategy in maintaining organizational commitment at PT. Bumi Siak Pusako. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through a questionnaire distributed to company employees consisting of 18 statements. The sample contained 72 employee respondents from a population of 259 employees. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. Data analysis includes: validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. This research data analysis technique uses SPSS. The results of this research show, (1) There is a significant influence of organizational climate as a strategy to maintain organizational commitment at PT. Bumi Siak Pusako, (2) There is a significant influence of transformational leadership as a strategy to maintain organizational commitment at PT. Bumi Siak Pusako, and (3) There is a significant influence of organizational climate and transformational leadership as a strategy to maintain organizational commitment at PT. Bumi Siak Pusako.
