Organizational culture is an important role in organizational operations. Organizational culture is an identity of the organization, but the transfer of identity makes Bank Riau Kepri experience a transition phase, namely from conventional to sharia, which makes organizational culture affect the change of the old organizational culture and the new culture. The organizational culture of a company is successfully implemented after the change if in carrying out the transfer from the new organizational culture comparison is better than the old organizational culture. This can be seen from the performance of Bank Riau Kepri from 2021 - 2023. During this period there was an increase in customer complaints per year. This can be an evaluation of the company so that the implementation of the new organizational culture has a good output for customers. So that the review of the application of the new organizational culture can increase trust and comfort so that it gets a blessing in transactions in accordance with the Bank Riau Kepri Syariah tagline, namely blessings for all. The purpose of this study is to analyze and identify the factors of applying the organizational culture of Bank Riau Kepri Syariah after the conversion from conventional to sharia. This research uses Schein's Organizational Culture theory in ambarwati (2018) and produces 3 indicators, including: Basic Assumptions, Values, and Artifacts The method used in this research is a qualitative research method.
