Efektivitas Penggunaan Sistem Pelayanan Melengkapi Identitas Orang Terlantar (Sipintar) Pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Pekanbaru
Sipintar is an abbreviation of the Service of Completing the Identity of Derelict People which is one of the programs of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pekanbaru City in helping and making it easier for people to manage population documents so that people can get services anywhere and be accessed anywhere. According to Campbell (1989) in Mutiarin (2014) with 5 (five) indicators: Program Success, Target Success, Satisfaction with the program, Output and input levels, Overall goal achievement. The purpose of the research is to find out how the effectiveness of the Service Program Complements the Identification of Displaced Persons at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pekanbaru City by using qualitative research methods and interviews with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of research on the Service Completing the Identity of Derelict People have several inhibitory factors, resulting in the service at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pekanbaru City not running effectively.
