Personal Branding Akun @Dr.Bobbyjantung Di Media Sosial Instagram
The development of social media now makes it easier for someone to form personal branding This study analyzes the personal branding of @dr.bobbyjantung accounts on Instagram social media, which focuses on heart health content. With good personal branding, it will certainly make it easier for someone to be widely recognized, gain trust from others and make it easier to build relationships. Dr. Bobby Arfhan Anwar, SpJP (K) as the owner of the @dr.bobbyjantung account utilizes Instagram social media to build positive personal branding for himself in the eyes of the public. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how Personal Branding Account @dr.bobbyjantung on Instagram Social Media.
This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, to deeply understand the phenomena that occur in the interaction and communication on the Instagram social media account @dr.bobbyjantung. Data collection was conducted through a combination of several techniques, namely observation of activities on the account, directed interviews involving the main research subject and his followers, and collection of relevant documents. Observations focused on communication patterns, the type of content uploaded, and the responses received, while interviews explored the views, experiences, and in-depth perceptions of the participants. Documentation included recordings of social media activities, screenshots, and interaction statistics. The data obtained was then analyzed using Milles and Huberman's method of data reduction, presenting, and concluding data.
The results of this study indicate that the personal branding of the @dr.bobbyjantung account on Instagram social media in 8 personal branding concepts from Peter Montoya as follows: (1) Specialization, dr. Bobby shows a clear focus on heart health education; (2) Leadership, dr. Bobby is a thought leader in the field of heart health; (3) Personality, dr. Bobby reflects a friendly, humorous, and religious personality; (4) Distinction, dr. Bobby is unique with relevant and religious content; (5) Appearances, dr. Bobby managed to maintain visibility with useful content; (6) Unity, what is displayed on Instagram is directly proportional to his real life; (7) Constancy, dr. Bobby is consistent in uploading educational content; (8) Good name, dr. Bobby is mandated to be the social media ambassador of ISSICAM 2024.
