Pengaruh Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) Dan Insentif Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan (Studi Pada Karyawan Produksi Pt. Panca Eka Bina Plywood Industry Kabupaten Siak Sri Indrapura)
The purpose of this study was to find out more about how occupational safety and health (OHS) and work incentives affect the productivity of production employees at PT. Panca Eka Bina Plywood Industry. Employee productivity as the dependent variable, occupational safety and health (OHS) and work incentives as independent variables. The problem is that there has been a decline in productivity as seen from the quantity of production which has tended to decline in recent years. Employee productivity can be influenced by several factors, including occupational safety and health (OHS) and work incentives. The sample selected for this study was 82 respondents, all of whom were production employees. Data processing used SPSS assistance which was used to process and analyze data that had been collected from questionnaire responses. The methodology used was non-probability sampling. The type of sampling technique from non-probability sampling using incidental sampling technique which is a sampling determination technique based on coincidence, namely anyone who accidentally meets the author can be used as a sample, if the person who happened to be met is considered suitable and in accordance with the criteria as a data source. This kind of research uses quantitative techniques. Based on the test results, employee productivity is not significantly affected by occupational safety and health (K3), where the output of the resulting data shows tcount < ttable (0.335 < 1.990), and sig. X1 value (0.739 > 0.05). While the work incentive variable tcount> ttable (3.139
> 1.990) and sig. X2 value of 0.002 > 0.05 which indicates that the work incentive variable affects employee productivity. Occupational safety and health (K3) and work incentives simultaneously affect employee productivity where fcount (4.980)> from ftable (3.11), with a significance level (0.009 < 0.05).
