Pengaruh Insentif Dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan Winstar Hotel Pekanbaru
The purpose of this study is to find out more about how incentives and organizational climate affect employee productivity at Winstar Hotel Pekanbaru. Employee productivity as the dependent variable, incentives and organizational climate as independent variables. The problem is that there has been sales instability in the last five years and also criticism from customers about hotel services and facilities. Employee productivity can be influenced by several factors, including incentives and organizational climate. The sample selected for this study was 36 respondents, all of whom were employees of Winstar Hotel Pekanbaru. Data processing using SPSS assistance which was used to process and analyze data that had been collected from questionnaire responses. The methodology used was quantitative. The type of sampling technique from non- probability sampling using a saturated sample technique which is a sampling technique where the entire population is used as a research sample. This kind of research uses quantitative techniques. Based on the test results, employee productivity is not significantly influenced by incentives, this is because the t- count value obtained is smaller than the t-table value (1.789 0.05. So it can be said that incentives have no effect on productivity. Meanwhile, the organizational climate variable tcount > ttable (4.933
