Pengaruh Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) Dan Disiplinkerjaterhadap Produktivitas Kerjaperawat Di Rumah Sakit Sansani Pekanbaru

The aim of this research was to gain insights into the productivity nurses at Sansani Hospital Pekanbaru in relation to occupational safety and health (K3) as well as work discipline. In this context, occuptanional safet and health (K3) and work discipline serve as indenpendet variables, while nurses’ woek productivity is the dependent variable. The issue at hand is a decrease in the productivity of nursing services observed over recent year. A sample of 81 respondent was selected from a population of 102, calculated using the Slovin formula. This stdy employs quantitative research methods utilizing questionnaires, which were distributes trough incidental sampling, were than analyzed for further investigation with the SPSS 25 software. The analysis revealed that occuptanional safety and health (K3) significantly affected nuerses’ productivity with Tcount 3.470>Ttable 1.990 and a significance level 0.000Ttable 1.990 and a significance 0.000Ftable 3.114 with significance of 0.000
