Pengaruh Harga Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Melalui Kepuasan Konsumen Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Extract Cafe Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Extract Café Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is descriptive statistics with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. From data analysis with measurement models, structural models, and hypothesis testing, using SmartPLS4 software, the results show that price has a positive and significant effect directly on consumer loyalty. Price has a positive and significant effect directly on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect directly on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction mediates the effect of price on customer loyalty positively and significantly.
