Kinerja kecamatan marpoyan Damai Kota Pekanbaru
Marpoyan Damai Sub-district, Pekanbaru City is one of the regional apparatus that has an important role in providing public services to the community, the success of public service delivery at the Regency / City level is largely determined by the performance of public services at the Sub-district level. This study aims to determine and explain the performance of public service organizations and the obstacles faced in its implementation in Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the theory of organizational performance proposed by Agus Dwiyanto (2021) as the basis for analysis. The results showed that the performance of public service organizations in Marpoyan Damai District was still not optimal. Of the five indicators, three indicators of productivity, service quality, and responsiveness are still not optimal. The barriers identified include time discipline, technology, limited facilities and infrastructure, and the lack of a sustainable performance monitoring and evaluation system. Therefore, serious attention and efforts are needed from the Sub- district, especially from the Head of Marpoyan Damai Sub-district, to improve the performance and quality of public services for public satisfaction.
