Transaksi Non Tunai Menggunakan Aplikasi Pos Pay Di Pt Pos Indonesia Cabang Utama Pekanbaru Di Tinjau Dari Prespektif Egovernment
One of the IT-based product innovations is the SOPP networked financial payment service, which is an online network between PT Pos and PT Pos's partners in terms of bill payment service cooperation such as with financial institutions, PLN, PT Telkom, PDAM, etc. and the service is known as the Pos Pay service. The use of Pos Pay at PT Pos in the Pekanbaru City area provides convenience for customers as a development of existing postal services supported by the technology used. The purpose of this research is to identify barriers to non-cash payments using the Poss Pay software and to ensure whether non-cash payments through the software are in accordance with E-government standards.
The type of research used in this writing is a descriptive qualitative research type. The location of the research is the main branch of PT Poss Indonesia Pekanbaru, namely Jl. Jendral Sudirman No. 229, Sumailang, Kec. Pekanbaru City, Pekanbaru City, Riau.
The results of the study show that non-cash transactions using the Pos Pay application at PT Pos Indonesia's Main Branch in Pekanbaru are in accordance with the principles of E-Government. The principle of E-Government is seen through indicators of user convenience, trust, functional interaction of the environment, conditions, content and appearance and support. The obstacles faced in non-cash transactions using the Pos Pay application at PT Pos Indonesia Main Branch Pekanbaru are the length of response The length of the officer's response when a problem occurs online, the queue in solving problems offline, and not all features are available in the transaction. These obstacles are obstacles felt by customers in using the Pos pay application.
