Efektivitas Programpelayanan Jemput Boladalam Administrasi Kependudukan Bagi Warga Disabilitas Di Kota Pekanbaru

The jemput bola service program is intended for people with disabilities so that they can access population administration. However, research shows that many people with disabilities in Pekanbaru City do not have legal identity documents. In addition, frequent system maintenance hampers access, and information about the program has not been well conveyed. The purpose of this research is to improve the effectiveness of the ball pick-up service program for people with disabilities. The method in this research is qualitative using the theory of effectiveness according to Campbell J.P in Mutiarin (2014) which contains theoretical indicators of program success, target success, satisfaction with the program, input and output levels, and overall goal achievement. Primary and secondary data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis was conducted using qualitative methods. The results of the study found several obstacles, such as using a reporting system that makes many disabilities unaware of the ball pick-up program, socialization that does not reach related groups, and confirmation from officers is also considered inadequate.
