The fishing business, especially the bagan boat fishing gear, is one of the important sectors in supporting the economy of coastal communities in the city of Sibolga. The method used in this study is the survey and observation method. The data collected includes investment costs, operational costs, income, and technical factors that affect business activities. Business feasibility is analyzed through several financial indicators such as Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Financial Rate of Return (FRR), Payback Period of Capital (PPC). The results of the study indicate that the bagan boat fishing business in PPN Sibolga is feasible to run based on indicator values that meet the investment feasibility criteria. In addition, social aspects such as the availability of labor, fishermen's experience, and port infrastructure support also support the sustainability of this business.
