Sistem Informasi Pengaduan Berbasis Web Pada Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Pekanbaru
The Administrative Court (PTUN) of Pekanbaru, as a judicial institution that upholds the principles of transparency and accountability, requires an effective public service system, particularly in managing public complaints. However, the current manual complaint process is considered inefficient and may cause obstacles in handling reports accurately. This final project aims to design and develop a web-based public complaint information system to facilitate the reporting, monitoring, and management of complaints within the PTUN Pekanbaru environment. The system is built using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Firebase as the database. The system design applies the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method, including use case diagrams, class diagrams, and sequence diagrams. The main features of the system include submitting complaints, viewing complaints, checking complaint status, an admin dashboard, and a report printing feature based on a specific time period. The result provides easier access for both the public and court officers at the Administrative Court of Pekanbaru.
