Identifikasi Dan Karakteristik Morfologi Tumbuhan Lumut (Bryofita) Di Kawasan Wisata Air Panas Pawan Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, Provinsi Riau
Bryophytes are plant group that produce spore and lack of vascular bundles. The aim of this study was to provide data and about the species of briphytes in the Pawan Hot Spring Tourism Area, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. Samples were collected using exploration method. Morphological characteristics were observed and photographed. The collected data were then presented in the form of images and tables, and identification keys were used. A total of 8 species (7 families) were identifiedin this study. Only two species belong to Marchantiophyta (liverwort) and 6 species form Bryophyta (moss). One out of 8 identify species is liverwort with thallus, while the rest species shows stem and leaf-like structure. Each species shows the characteristic of morphologial characters, both in gametophyte and sporophyte.
