Hubungan Kekerabatan Tiga Jenis Pyrrosia Mirb. (Polypodiaceae) Di Pekanbaru, Riau Berdasarkan Karakter Morfologi Dan Histokimia

Pyrrosia is one of genus belongs to Polypodiaceae family, this genus poses high morphological variation. This study aims to examine the relationship of three Pyrrosia species (Pyrrosia piloselloides, Pyrrosia longifolia and Pyrrosia lanceolata) from Pekanbaru, Riau based on the morphological and histochemical charactristic. Samples were collected from the field using exploration method in morphological characters were observed, documented and described in detail. The histochemical test were carried oun on both fertile and sterile leaves. The result showed the morphological variation within these three exmined species. The histochemical test indicated the presense of alkaloids, flavonoids and tannins. Similarity coefficient range from 0.16 to 0.27. Dendrogram was devide into two main group.
