The complexity in determining the priority scale for handling physical road reconstruction work at the Padang Lawas Regency Public Works Agency, Fiscal Year 2024 is a challenge so that it can be completed systematically using a measurable scientific methodology. The activities stated in the Padang Lawas Regency Public Works Agency work plan in the Highways Sector are 35 physical work packages. With the many activities stated in the Public Works Agency's strategic plan and work plan, a decision-making method is needed to accommodate activities so that they continue to take place in conditions of budget constraints, the methods used are Topsis, SAW and WP. This method is used to produce a ranking of construction activities in the Padang Lawas Regency Public Works Agency work plan. This study obtained 15 sub-criteria from 8 criteria, with the weight of the Construction Criteria having a value of 10%, Design Criteria with a value of 25%, Topography Criteria 17%, Political Criteria 17%, Organization Criteria 8%, Utility Criteria 8%, Law and order criteria 8% and other criteria 7%, with the results of 23 physical work packages..
