Pengaruh Kompetensi Dan Self-Efficacy Terhadap Karir Guru Penggerak Kabupaten Toba Dengan Budaya Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of Competence and Self-Efficacy on the Career
of Teacher Movers in Toba Regency, with Organizational Culture as an Intervening
Variable. This research was conducted at the Education Office of Region VIII of
North Sumatra Province and Education, Youth and Sports Office of Toba Regency.
The population in this study consists of 49 Teacher Movers from the 4th cohort in
Toba Regency. The sampling technique used was a census sampling method, in
which all population members were taken as samples, resulting in a total sample of
49 Teacher Movers. The hypothesis testing results show that Competence has a
positive and significant effect on the Career of Teacher Movers, Self-Efficacy has
a positive and significant effect on the Career of Teacher Movers, and
Organizational Culture as an intervening variable strengthens the relationship
between Competence and Self-Efficacy on the Career of Teacher Movers.
