Jenis Dan Kepadatan Gastropoda Pada Ekosistem Padang Lamun Di Desa Pengudang Kabupaten Bintan Provinsi Kepulauan Riau

The purpose of this study was to determine the types and density of gastropods in the seagrass ecosystem in Pengudang Village, Bintan Regency, Riau Islands Province. This study was conducted in September 2024 in the waters of Pengudang Village, Bintan Regency, Riau Islands Province. The method used was a survey method by conducting direct observations and using line transects and 1x1 m2 quadrant plots. Sample analysis and identification of gastropods were carried out at the Laboratory of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Riau University and the Laboratory of the Faculty of Marine Sciences and Fisheries, Raja Ali Haji Maritime University (UMRAH). Based on the results of thestudy, it was shown that thetypesofseagrassfoundconsistedof5species, and the types of gastropods found consisted of 10 species. Water quality parameters are classified as good for the waters in Pengudang Village.
