Pengaruh Penggunaan Gemini Ai Terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Mahasiswa Pips Universitas Riau

This study aims to determine the effect of Gemini AI usage on students' critical thinking skills. The study population was active undergraduate students of the 2021-2023 batch of the Social Sciences Education Department, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau. The number of samples in this study was 90 Economics Education students of the 2021-2023 batch, the sampling technique used simple random sampling. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires and online tests using Google Form. The collected data were then tabulated and analyzed using descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 24. The results showed that the level of Gemini AI usage was classified as very good, and students' critical thinking skills were in the high category.....
