Every organization is required to be able to compete in order to survive in global competition. The way to strengthen the capacity of the organization is by strengthening the human resources it has. However, the problem of human resources is a challenge for management because the success of management depends on the quality of human resources. If human resources in the company can run effectively, the company will continue to run effectively, in other words the survival of the company depends on employee performance.
The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the Influence of Total Quality Management, Work Environment, Productive Behavior on Work Productivity and Employee Performance at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique used is by using a structured questionnaire. Structured questionnaires are used to obtain information from respondents. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera totaling 138 people in 2024. The sampling method used in this study is the saturated sampling method. The saturated sampling method is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples, so that in this study all employees of PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera totaling 138 are the samples.....
