Manajemen Rantai Pasok Bahan Baku Ikan Patin (Pangasius Sp) Untuk Abon Di Cv. Graha Pratama Fish Provinsi Riau
This research was conducted from March 2023 to February 2024 in Koto Mesjid Village, Kampar Regency, Riau Province with the aim of analyzing the pattern and performance of the patin fish floss supply chain. The method used was a survey with 5 suppliers and 1 business actor as respondents and the respondents of this study were determined by non-probability sampling. The results of the study obtained were that the patin fish floss supply chain pattern consisted of supply chain structure, supply chain targets, supply chain management, and supply chain resources. Meanwhile, the management of the patin fish floss supply chain can be concluded that the company has implemented an effective supply chain management system with performance at a competitive to superior level. The company shows the main advantages in terms of supply chain flexibility with superior status (5.6 days), compliance with quality standards with advantage status (88.92%), and competitive cost efficiency with a total supply chain cost of only 8.5% of the selling price. Although the delivery performance (89%) and order fulfillment (93.96%) are still at parity status, the level of responsiveness shown is sufficient to meet demand without delay. The average lead time of 5.5 days with advantage status and efficient working capital management with cash to cash cycle time of 28.4 days indicates that CV. Graha Pratama Fish has a good operational system with daily inventory of 13.2 days which provides adequate buffer to maintain production continuity. Overall, the company has succeeded in creating a reliable and efficient supply chain, although there is still room for improvement to achieve optimal benchmarks on several performance indicators.
