Pengaruh Pengalaman Magang Dan Soft Skill Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja MahasiswaAngkatan 2021 Pada
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the effect of internship experience and soft skills
on the job readiness of the 2021 cohort students in the Management Department
of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Riau University. This study uses a
quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis model. The sample
size taken from a population of 368 active students, using purposive sampling,
resulted in 192 respondents who will be the sample, and a questionnaire was
distributed through Google Forms to obtain data and information. The results of
this research partially show that the internship experience variable has a positive
and significant effect on work readiness, and the soft skills variable also has a
positive and significant effect on work readiness. Furthermore, the simultaneous
test indicates that the internship experience and soft skills variables together have
a positive and significant effect on readiness to enter the workforce among
students of the Management Department, Class of 2021, Faculty of Economics
and Business, Universitas Riau.
