Pengaruh Kesiapan Organisasi, Tekanan Eksternal, Dan Top Management Support Terhadap Adopsi Cloud Accountin (Studi Empiris Pada Umkm Di Kota Pekanbaru)
              ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational readiness, external
pressure, and top management support on adoption of cloud accounting among
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pekanbaru City. The
background of the study is based on the low adoption rate of cloud accounting
technology among MSMEs, despite its advantages such as operational efficiency,
real-time data access, and cost savings. This research employs a quantitative
approach using a survey method through questionnaires distributed to MSME
actors as respondents. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation
Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) to examine the relationships between
variables. The results show that organizational readiness, external pressure, and
top management support have an influence on the adoption of cloud accounting.
These findings suggest that technology adoption in the MSME sector can be
enhanced through sufficient resource availability, responsiveness to
environmental pressures, and strong commitment from top-level management.
This study provides practical implications for MSME actors and the government
in promoting sustainable digital transformation.
