This research aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial practices on the entrepreneurial motivation of students in class XII at SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. The background of this study is the high unemployment rate among vocational school graduates, which has become a serious concern in the education sector, even though vocational schools are designed with a larger portion of practical training to produce job-ready graduates. In reality, many graduates are still not absorbed in the job market or do not choose to become entrepreneurs. This research uses a quantitative method. The population in this study is 574 students, with a sample of 86 students. The data in this research is obtained from primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to the students of the XII grade of SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru, as well as secondary data obtained from relevant documents and written sources. Data analysis techniques using classical assumption tests and simple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurial practices are rated very well by the majority of students. The level of entrepreneurial motivation among students (Need for achievement, Self-efficacy, Goal setting) is generally also classified as very good. There is a positive and significant influence of entrepreneurial practices on the entrepreneurial motivation of students in class XII at SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru.
