Revitalisasi badan usaha milik desa (bumdes) desa pagaruyung kecamatan tapung kabupaten kampar tahun 2024-2025
The Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in Pagaruyung Village was established to manage village potential and improve community welfare. However, the BUMDes is not operational, thus providing no economic benefits and hindering residents' income opportunities. Management is carried out without a clear leadership structure, resulting in ineffective business operations.
The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with researchers utilizing two types of data: primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used included observation, interviews, and documentation. The study aims to describe and analyze the revitalization process of Village- Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Pagaruyung Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency, from 2024 to 2025 and to identify obstacles encountered in its implementation.
The research results indicate that the revitalization of the Makarti Mukti Tama Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in Pagaruyung Village was carried out to revive its economic function by utilizing village potential and assets, including village land for oil palm plantations. This process involved various parties and emphasized five main aspects: institutional assistance, capital from the Village Budget (APBDes), strengthening business networks, improving human resources, and cross-sectoral coordination. The revitalization has shown positive progress, marked by the formation of new business units and the implementation of technical assistance. However, obstacles remain, such as limited capital, a lack of human resources, damage to BUMDes assets, and low community participation.
