ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the effect of the use of information
technology, utilization of accounting information systems, human resource
competency and product innovation on the performance of MSMEs in Rokan
Hilir Regency. The number of samples used in this study is 86 MSME samples
and the type of data used is primary data with a questionnaire used to obtain data
on MSMEs in Rokan Hilir Regency, Riau Province. The relationship and
influence between variables are tested using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling)
analysis. The statistical test tool uses PLS (Partial Least Square) Smart PLS 4
program. The results of the study indicate that the independent variables of the use
of information technology, utilization of accounting information systems do not
affect the performance of MSMEs. Meanwhile, human resource competency and
product innovation have an influence on the performance of MSMEs.
