This research is based on students’ perseptions of factors that influence student learning outcomes. This formulation of the problem in this study is how are students’ perseptions of factors that influence student learning outcomes in the pancasila education subject at SMP Negeri 04 Pekanbaru. This research method is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Based on the results of the distribution of the internal factor questionnaire, it can be concluded that the internal factors that affect students learning outcomes consist of the physical, psychological and fatigue. the dominant result that affect learning outcomes are physical factors with a value of 96.3% with the criteria always. Furthermore psychological factor with a value of 95.5% with the criteria always. and fatuque factors with a percentage value of 94.2% with the criteria always. then based on the recapitulation of the quaetionnaire data, internal factors are able to influence the learning outcomes of class VII students of SMP Negeri 04 Pekanbaru by 95.3% with the criteria very hight. External factor the affect students learning outcomes consist of scholl, family and surrounding environment. Environmental factors are dominant with a percentage value of 82.5% entering the criteria often, furthermore, school factors with a percentage value of 79,7% entering the criteria sometimes. Then based on the recapitulation of the questionnaire data, eksternal factors were able to influence the learning outcomes of class VII students at SMP Negeri 04 Pekanbaru by 80% which falls into the hight criteria.
