Pengaruh Pemberian Probiotik Em4 Pada Pakan Terhadappertumbuhan Dan Kelulushidupan Ikan Nilem (Osteochilus Vittatus) Pada Sistem Resirkulasi
This study aimed to determine the effect and obtain the optimal dosage of probiotic supplementation in feed on the growth and survival of nilem fish (Osteochilus vittatus) reared in a recirculating system. The research was conducted from June to August 2024 at the Aquaculture Technology Laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science, University of Riau, Pekanbaru. The experimental method used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 3 replications, resulting in 15 experimental units. The treatments in this study referred to Simanjuntak et al. (2022), which reported the best dosage of EM4 probiotic at 8 mL/kg of feed in nilem fish. The treatment levels in this experiment were as follows: P0: without probiotic supplementation (control), P1: EM4 probiotic supplementation at 4 mL/kg feed, P2: EM4 probiotic supplementation at 8 mL/kg feed, P3: EM4 probiotic supplementation at 12 mL/kg feed, and P4: EM4 probiotic supplementation at 16 mL/kg feed. Based on the results of the study, the addition of EM4 probiotic to the feed had a significant effect (P
