Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Laundry Digital Di Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Kota Pekanbaru (Studi Kasus Pada Usaha Solusi Digital Laundry)

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the feasibility of a digital laundry service
industry in Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City based on non-financial and
financial aspects. The theory used in this study is the theory of business feasibility
studies. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative. The types of data
used are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study are all nonconventional
laundry businesses and the sample used is Solusi Digital Laundry,
with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation.
The results of this study based on legal aspects, market aspects, technical and
technological aspects, social and economic aspects and environmental aspects of
the digital laundry business are declared feasible to run. Based on the financial
aspects of the digital laundry service industry, it shows that this business is feasible
to run with assessment criteria including Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp.
21,976,710, Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio) of 1.070, Internal Rate of Return (IRR)
of 23.89% and Payback Period (PP) of 2.79 years.
