Pengaruh Kompetensi, Pelatihan Dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Terhadap Kinerja Guru Pada Sma Negeri 1 Kampar Timur

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of Competence, Training and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Teacher Performance SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Timur. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population consisting of all teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Timur, totaling 59 people. The research sample was taken using the saturated sample method, so that the entire population was sampled, namely 59 respondents. Data analysis in this research was carried out using descriptive statistical analysis methods, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Data processing is assisted by SPSS version 20 software. The results of this study indicate that competence, training and organizational Citizenship behavior have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. both partially and simultaneously. Based on the coefficient of determination ( ), the three independent variables together contribute 46.8% to the dependent variable. while the remaining 53.2% is influenced by other variables not included in the study.
