Pengaruh Transparansi, Akuntabilitas, Dan Partisipasi Masyarakat Terhadap Pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa (Studi Empiris Pada Desa-Desa Di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of transparency,
accountability, and community participation on the management of village fund
allocation in Rokan Hulu Regency. The background of this study is based on issues
arising from the low quality of village financial management, characterized by
ongoing cases of corruption and the lack of community involvement in the decisionmaking
process. This research employs a quantitative approach by directly
distributing questionnaires to 52 respondents consisting of village officials,
members of the Village Consultative Body (BPD), neighborhood chiefs (RT/RW),
and the community. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling
(SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results indicate that
transparency, accountability, and community participation have positive and
significant effects on the management of village fund allocation. This study suggests
that the higher the level of information openness, government accountability, and
community involvement, the more effective and efficient the management of village
funds will be. Therefore, a strong commitment from all parties is required to realize
good village governance.
