Analisis pelaksanaan kampung pengawasan partisipatif desa nagasaribu lima kabupaten humbang hasundutan pada pemilihan kepala daerah tahun 2024
The implementation of supervision for the 2024 regional head elections will certainly require support from many parties. One way to achieve this is by involving the community to be proactive in conducting supervision at every stage. Therefore, Bawaslu has created a participatory supervision program, and one of these programs is the participatory supervision village. In Humbang Hasundutan District, the Participatory Monitoring Village is located in Nagasaribu Lima Village. The Participatory Monitoring Village is expected to serve as a platform for Bawaslu to encourage the community to actively participate in monitoring the 2024 regional head elections, which will be conducted simultaneously.
The theory used in this study is Cohen and Uphoff's participation theory with four indicators: participation in decision-making, participation in implementation, participation in benefit-taking, and participation in evaluation. The method used is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques were used in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.
The results of this study indicate that community participation in the 2024 regional head elections has increased following the implementation of the participatory monitoring village program. This is evident in community participation in determining locations, attending socialization events, and constructing buildings to support participatory monitoring villages.
