This study aims to determine the discipline of children who participate in scouts at MTS Negeri 1 Pelalawan, to determine the level of discipline of children who do not participate in scouts at MTS Negeri 1 Pelalawan and to determine the difference in the level of discipline of children who participate in scouts with children who do not participate in scouts at MTS Negeri 1 Pelalawan. This study uses a questionnaire data collection technique. This study uses a comparative quantitative approach with the Expost Facto method. The form of the method used is Expost Facto. The sampling method is by Random Sampling. So, the number of samples taken from 2 groups is 66 students. The level of learning discipline of students who participate in Paskibra is in the high category of 93%, in the medium category of 7%, and in the low category there are none. The level of learning discipline of students who do not participate in scouts is in the high category of 90%, in the medium category of 10% and in the low category there are none. There is a difference in the level of learning discipline between students who participate in scouts and students who do not participate in scouts in VII students at MTS Negeri 1 Pelalawan with the result of the t count calculation of 3.532 which is greater than the t table of 1.999, or (3.532>1.999). So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a difference between the two groups.
