Information technology is an important part for the Kampar Regency Social Service in carrying out and managing its activities. The Kampar Regency Social Service has a vision, mission, goals and strategic plans that aim to improve the services of PMKS (People with Social Welfare Problems) and improve the services of PPKS (Social Welfare Service Recipients). This study aims to analyze the information technology governance of the Kampar Regency Social Service in carrying out and managing their services using the COBIT 5 framework. This study focuses on two domains, namely EDM04 and APO02. The results of EDM04 with a base practice practice scale of 2.7. While APO02 with a base practice practice scale of 3.06. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the level of IT capability achieved by the Kampar Regency Social Service is level 3 for EDM04 and level 4 APO02.
