Analisis penerapan social media marketing di lafera space Pekanbaru
This research aims to obtain information and a real picture of how the implementation of social media marketing strategies at Lafera Space Pekanbaru. The research method used is descriptive qualitative which explains descriptively how the implementation of social media marketing carried out by Lafera Space. The data collection technique of this research through interviews with 7 informants, documentation studies, literature, and source triangulation. The results of this study show that coffee shops in implementing the dimensions of content, communication, and collaboration have gone well. Meanwhile, the connection dimension according to consumers still experiences several obstacles that can be improved and maximized by Lafera Space Pekanbaru.
