Pengaruh e-service quality dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan terhadap kepuasan pengguna e-wallet dana (studi pada mahasiswa universitas Riau)
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of e-service quality and perceived ease of use on user satisfaction of DANA e-wallet among University of Riau students. The population in this study consists of all University of Riau students, totaling 41,103 students, with a sample of 384 students determined using the Lemeshow formula and purposive sampling technique. The analytical methods applied in this study include multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination.
The analysis results show that e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction with a t-value of 7.871 > t-table 1.966 and a significance value of
0.001 < 0.05. Perceived ease of use also has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction with a t-value of 4.696 > t-table 1.966 and a significance value of 0.001 <
0.05. The simultaneous test (F-test) obtained an F-value of 38.490 > F-table 3.02 with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, indicating that e-service quality and perceived ease of use together have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction. The R Square value is 0.535, which means both variables explain 53.5% of user satisfaction, while the remaining 46.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
