Implementasi kebijakan tentang pembinaan anak jalanan di kota Padang
The street children development policy in Padang City represents one of the government’s efforts to address the issue of street children. This study aims to examine the implementation of the policy and identify the factors that hinder its effectiveness. The research employed a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that, in general, the implementation of the street children development policy in Padang City has been carried out properly, although several challenges remain. The main inhibiting factors include the limited resources of the Social Service, particularly in terms of human resources and facilities, as well as the uneven dissemination of information to the target groups.
