Profil Kasus Korban Hidup Akibat Kekerasan Tumpul Yang Diperiksa Di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Pekanbaru Periode 2020 – 2024
Violence is an intentional act that causes pain and injury to a person, both physically and psychologically. One of the most common types of violence treated at Bhayangkara Hospital is blunt force trauma. Blunt force trauma is a condition where the body is injured or harmed by a hard impact with a blunt object. This study aims to determine the profile of cases of live victims of blunt force trauma examined at Bhayangkara Hospital in Pekanbaru from 2020 to 2024. The type of research is a retrospective descriptive study using secondary data of visum et repertum. From this study, 3,618 Visum et repertum were obtained, which is the total number of blunt force cases during 2020 - 2024. The most common gender is male with a total of 2,458 cases (67.9%). The most common age group is 15 - 29 years old, which is the age of adolescents to young adults with a total of 1,818 cases (50.20%). The occupation that is most often the victim of blunt force is students with 817 cases (22.6%). The most common type of injury found is abrasions with 2,461 cases (68%). The location of the injury most often occurs on the head with 2,542 cases (70.3%). The most common degree of injury suffered is mild with 2,815 cases (77.8%), and most victims did not receive absolute medical treatment with 3,227 cases (89.2%).
