Analisis Faktor Risiko Hipertensi Berdasarkan Skrining PTM Satu sehat Pada Masyarakat Di Kota Dumai Tahun 2025
Hypertension is a significant public health concern with rising prevalence and serves as a primary risk factor for cardiovascular diseases. This study aimed to analyze the risk factors associated with the incidence of hypertension in the Dumai City community. This study utilized an analytical cross-sectional design with 708 respondents. Data analysis was performed using univariate, bivariate with chi-square tests, and multivariate analysis using multiple logistic and Poisson regression. The results indicated that 287 respondents (40.5%) had hypertension, while 421 respondents (59.5%) did not. The majority of respondents were adults (68.1%), female (82.3%), had no family history of hypertension (70.9%), non-smokers (89.3%), and more than half were obese (53.4%) and had central obesity (67.5%). Lifestyle factors revealed that 56.1% had high salt intake, 66.8% frequently consumed oily foods, 58.9% had insufficient physical activity, and 68.6% had inadequate fruit/vegetable consumption.
